Based on advice from various liquor stores, we have a wide selection of sake that goes well with sushi. Some people may be surprised to have Japanese sake in a wine glass, but the elegant, clean, and dry flavor of sake lasts before, during, and after drinking. Ishimon's original "Kozaemon (Gifu) Special Junmai" has a well-balanced flavor that goes well with fish and any other dish.
