味は濃いめやけど出汁きいてて美味い。

程よい肉厚で噛めば噛むほど旨味がでてくる。

泉州茄子のこの食感たまらないですね。
味付けがかなり好み。うまい。

胡瓜の中になますが。こんなん好きです。

タン中あたりかな？
ガッチリ火入れしないタイミングで葱巻いて食わしてくれました。タンも味付けした葱の組合せいいですね。

あまり焼肉屋ででてこないですよね。
ちょっと独特な味はあるけど肉の旨味はつよい。
マニアックな部位やから店の拘りを感じました。
