Food “Asukaza Beef” is the finest meat of A5 female Japanese black beef recognized by Meat Meister.
Only a handful of meats are given the name ``Asukaza Beef'', which is approved by masters with over 15 years of meat experience. We only offer carefully selected meat from A5 grade Kuroge Wagyu beef, graded by the Japan Meat Grading Association JMGA, that has a BMS score of 9 or higher and has been passed by a connoisseur for each part. The brand's ``Asukazadori'' is produced by Masato Nakaya, one of the highest quality local chickens from Nara Prefecture, ``Yamato Meat Chicken''. It has an exceptionally high umami component and is on a whole other level of deliciousness, comparable to Kuroge Wagyu beef, which costs tens of thousands of yen.
