焼いてくれて薬味も全部おまかせ。
楽ちんで美味しい焼肉屋さん！
谷町線沿いの我が家、梅田なら東梅田周辺で
食べたいなとなること多いんですよね。
そんなわけでBMしてた東梅田からお初天神通りに出る手前の路地裏にある
天然塩焼肉飛鳥座本家本店
に行ってきました。
国産A5ランクの黒毛和牛の雌牛のみを扱っていて、お米やお米を炊くお水にもこだわっているという素材に徹底的にこだわっているお店なのです。
木の看板が趣きある雰囲気の外観。
一階はカウンター席、二階はテーブル席になっていたけど、この日は下のカウンターは使ってなさそうでした。
2階に上がって2人だけのテーブル席に着座。
こじんまりしていて狭めの席だけど逆に私はすぽんとハマって居心地良く食べれました。（荷物多い人はこの席は外した方が良いかも）
さて、いただきます。
突き出しは牛肉と牛蒡
甘辛美味しい。ごはん欲しくなるやつですが、我慢して（ごはんは焼肉と食べたい）ちびちびいただきます！

30分後くらいに運ばれてきたお肉は
一種類ごとではなく、一皿にどーんと
飾られてます。これは豪華。

これがどれもいいサシ、いい色合い。
この極上のお肉、こちらのお店ではスタッフさんが焼いてくれるんです。
話に夢中になって焼きすぎた！とか
焼くのに忙しくて食べるの追いつかないとか
あの人の焼き加減気に入らないけど
トング奪い返せないとか無いのです。
綺麗にきっちり焼き上げてくれる！
極上黒タンはレア気味に焼き上げて、
辛め味付けのネギをぐるりと巻いてくれて
うまーーー！
極上赤身薄切りガリしょうが巻
両面程よく焼き上げて、ガリを挟んで。
焼肉でガリってどういうことなのかと思って頼んでみたけど、ありですね。さっぱり食べれます。
極上ハラミは噛めば噛むほど
脂がじゅわっと滲み出る美味しいやつです。
このお店では天然塩が3種類あって、このお肉にはこれがオススメですよー。と教えてくれます。
ランプは分厚いステーキタイプ！
外側こんがりに焼き上げていただきます。

奮発してしまいました！
これがまた見事すぎる盛り付け！！
分厚い系お肉ですし、
これは自分で焼いてみました。
じっくりじっくり休ませつつ。
せっかくの良いお肉なので
大事に焼き上げていただきました。

シャトーブリアンやっぱりたまりません。
雌牛だからより一層、美味しい！！
最後はスタッフさんからトングを奪ってしまいましたが（笑）

良いお肉は塩でも本当美味しいです。
むしろ塩だからこそ引き立ちますね。
