Be intoxicated by the carefully selected high-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef. The highest quality Omi beef is considered one of Japan's three major Wagyu beef varieties. We use female cows that have been raised for a long period of time. The thickness is adjusted depending on the cut, and the meat is carefully cut and grilled in 1mm increments.
