旧知の友人との初訪問。
新規開拓を、と言うことで天神橋筋六丁目駅から程近い、でもこんな路地のような所に？…と思う住宅地にあるお店に予約し、たどり着きました。
お料理はコースのみ(しかも飲み放題)、お品書きの説明を受けてスタートで先ずはスパークリングワインと共にアミューズから。この日はオリーブの肉詰め、クラッカー、鹿肉のハムをバゲットと共に、を何れも揚げての提供でした。
続いて筍のホタルイカソース添え、海老のタルタルソース掛け、鹿肉ソーセージのフリット(ベニエ)…と食事を進めていくうちに❛天ぷら屋さん❜ではないことを確信、それぞれの素材を活かすべく衣をまとった創意工夫の一品、一皿は続く鯛のアクアパッツァでは鯛のふんわり淡白な味わいにアサリ出汁の優しい香りが乗り、シルクスイートは低温でじっくり時間をかけて揚げて外側の皮はパリッと中のおイモはまさにその名の通りの甘さと柔らかな口当たりでした。
その後豚肉、スープカレー、デザート、初摘み茶と
友人とはこんなに飲みながらご飯(私はおかわりもしてしまいました)までしっかりいただけるものなのね、と
自分たちのお腹の快感と共に《創作料理》の一つ一つの素材に感謝、の思いでした。
オーナーシェフもド素人の私たちの珍問?!にも
丁寧に穏やかに答えてくださり、またマリアージュの如くいただいたアルコールの銘品の数々もどれも食事の邪魔をしない一杯をそれぞれに合わせてグラスを替えての提供で眼にも美味しいひと時でした。
また違う季節に訪れたい大人の隠れ家のようなお店です。
