``Wajima Sea Salt'' is a carefully selected salt made from 100% clean seawater off the coast of Wajima, Ishikawa Prefecture. Instead of cooking in a pot, we applied heat and wind over the seawater to slowly crystallize it at a low temperature. It quickly penetrates fresh fish and promotes issuance, creating the ultimate taste and flavor.
