Our yakitori is grilled at high heat using Owari Bincho charcoal. The biggest consideration is in the way the charcoal is assembled. Through repeated research from the perspective of a craftsman, we arrived at the most ideal shape. The far infrared rays make it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fragrant smell that fills the store stimulates your appetite. Exquisitely grilled to suit each part and exquisitely handled...
