I visited a store that opened recently. The course was 12,000 yen, but it was more than the price. From the explanation of the dishes to the passion for the ingredients, I could feel that they put a lot of thought into each and every dish. He asked me in detail if there were any ingredients I didn't like and replaced them with other ingredients on the spot. The owner was very personable and it was a shop that I would want to visit again. The chawanmushi and harasu were super delicious! It was a feast.
