Hina's meat is tender and juicy! The meat is very chewy and the more you chew it the more delicious the chicken taste comes out! Chicken breast wrapped in plum and shiso has a refreshing flavor and is a perfect dish for summer. The homemade potato salad and salted cucumbers are a kind of speedy menu that come out quickly and go great with alcohol! Shibazuke potato salad! Other dishes on the menu include grilled chicken skin with ponzu sauce and seared bonito, both of which are Kochi specialties. They all go well with alcohol, making for a very satisfying dinner!
