What we recommend at Shanghai Tei is the all-you-can-eat/drink course (for 4 people or more)! You can enjoy 30 kinds of Chinese dumpling, shrimp chili, fried chicken, gyoza, fried rice, udon noodles, etc. for 2 hours (30 minutes before LO) by table order. The all-you-can-eat plan is full of secret dishes that have been made since our founding, so both foodies and gourmets will be satisfied!
Food [Homemade Oyster sauce] Shiny and rich in Oyster flavor
Shanghai Tei's Oyster sauce is made in-house over three days. First, Oyster are salted, then boiled, and then boiled further with soy sauce that has been boiled down separately. The resulting sauce is glossy and rich in Oyster flavor. Yet, it has a gentle taste that differs from the strong insistence of Oyster. It has a depth that cannot be achieved with ready-made products.
