出張で一人の夜
あんまりそういう機会も少ないので、蕎麦か肉の二択で探してみたところ、近くにあった蕎麦屋
蕎麦人秋
一人でふらっと入ると座敷の半個室に通される。
とにかく寒かったので、蕎麦焼酎のお湯割りを。
湯呑みで出てくるあたりが嬉しい。
少し焼酎啜りながら、メニューを見て、ちょっとずつつまめるアテと小海老のかき揚げがついたせいろをオーダー
まずはだし巻きから。
蕎麦屋に来ると食べたくなる一品。
そして小芋の唐揚げ。
こういうのは嬉しい。
出汁をしっかり含んだ小芋が美味しい。焼酎が進む。
ここで、追加で蕎麦焼酎の蕎麦湯割りを
蕎麦屋ならではの飲み方。
少し厚く切られた鮭とばもやってきた。
最近鮭とばを置いてる店が少ないなー。
これも香ばしくて美味しい。
いよいよ待望のお蕎麦。
おそらく田舎の二八蕎麦だろうなー
蕎麦の香りと食感が良い。
出汁は鯖節、鰹節がしっかり効いていて、旨味と甘味がどしっとしたタイプ。
寒い時期はこれくらいの味付けが嬉しい。
小海老のかき揚げは、全て小海老。プリプリの食感がとても良い。
さて、締めの蕎麦焼酎はもちろん蕎麦湯割りで、全て食べ切り、蕎麦湯もいただき満足満腹。
