大阪市営地下鉄四ツ橋線の肥後橋駅の、ちょうど上にあるお店です。ぜんぜん気づかなかったのですが、四ツ橋筋の東側の松屋とスターバックスの間に地下に降りる階段があり、そこが銀やでした。
階段の上には提灯が大量にぶら下げられています。
お店に入りますと、店員さんが迷路のように曲がりくねった店内を案内してくださり、席につきます。結構広いお店なんだな。
ランチを選びましょう。
メニューの中で焼きサバ定食にするか酢豚定食にするか悩みます。
魚介が売りの居酒屋系のお店ですが酢豚定食を頼みました。
酢豚とごはん、冷奴、味噌汁、漬け物の定食です。
酢豚を頼んだときに気になることが二つあります。
一つは肉の火の通し加減です。豚肉にしっかりと火を通すと固くなってしまいます。その加減が難しいのかワタクシの好みが偏っているのか、なかなかドンぴしゃのお店が少のうございます。
もう一つは酸味です。ワタクシは酸っぱさに弱いので、酢が強かったらかなり困ってしまうのでございます。
さて、この酢豚はどうでしょうか？
お肉は弾力が残っているのですが、少し固いです。
酸味はあまり酸っぱくなくてOKでございました。
