A secret Kaeshi using white dashi soup made with natural kelp and 4 types of bonito and soy sauce from a long-established soy sauce brewery. Dashi soup without additives has a truly sophisticated taste. The noodles, nicknamed “gomen,” are characterized by their strong chewiness and gummy texture! Contrary to its impressive texture, it also has a smooth texture and delicate wheat aroma. Once you try it, you will definitely be addicted to this Gap.
