酢豚ランチ2,000円＋ミニ麻婆豆腐 500円。
ランチとは思えないクオリティ。
まず10食限定の酢豚は赤ワインと葡萄をガッツリ使っていて濃厚な旨み。
絶妙な酸味。
揚げ方も上手でカリカリ感がしっかり残っている。
肉の味も食感も楽しめる。
多分10食より用意がありそうな雰囲気だった。
追加で頼んだミニ麻婆豆腐は大阪でバズってる痺れ系ではなく、複雑な味が混じっている系。
これも食べる価値あり。
酢豚はご飯おかわりできるので、個人的にはまず酢豚を食べてから、ご飯のおかわりとミニ麻婆豆腐を頼むのがオススメ。
次は担々麺かな。
平日11:20到着。
ギリギリ一巡目で入れた。
後ろの組は２巡目になり40分待ち。
12:30とかの方が良いかも。
