平日11:30オープンのところ、11:20に到着しましたが既に20人弱が並んでいました。
順番に店内に案内され、何とか1巡目で入れました。
店内は吹き抜けとなっていて、観葉植物が生い茂っています♬他のお客さんとの距離は程よくあって、居心地良い空間です。
メニューブックがシンプルでオシャレですね。
葡萄と黒酢の特製酢豚ランチを注文しました。
酢豚のお客さんはランチョンマットが敷かれます。
他のメニューはトレイに乗ってくるようです。
食事が運ばれてきました♪
店員さんが、手際良くランチョンマットの上にお料理を置いて下さります。
置き方も工夫されてるようですね。
とてもキレイです。
早速、酢豚をいただきます。
中華ですがナイフとフォークで食べるスタイルは素敵です。それもそのはず、お肉がしっかりしているので、ナイフが必要です。
外はカリッとしていて、酸っぱいソースがよく絡んでいます。こんなに美味しい酢豚は食べたことがありません！！葡萄の香りと旨味がギュッと詰まったソースの美味しさ！
ジューシーで大きく食べ応えのあるお肉！

ご飯は普通の白飯ではありません。
ジャスミン茶で炊いているのでしょうか。
ご飯だけでもかなり美味しいです。
食後もずっと葡萄の香りが口の中に心地良く残って余韻に浸れます♬
スタッフの接客は丁寧ですし、
店内の植物にもお手入れが行き届いています。
掃除もキチンとされてて、空調も良いです。
野鳥のBGMにも癒されます。
どこをとってもパーフェクト。
いつかミシュランに選ばれる日も近いのではないでしょうか。
