高級食材がオンパレードな創作日本料理。
料理は素材の味を生かした優しい味付けが多く、日本料理の繊細な味付けが楽しめる\(//∇//)\
マゴチの潮汁なんかはその最たるもの♪♪
マゴチのダシが骨から出てるのが分かる。
二日酔い明けに飲んだらめちゃ沁みるやろな笑
前半のMVPは播州牛の冷やししゃぶしゃぶ♪♪
合わせるのは甘めの白味噌スープで、脂がのった播州牛とよく合う(〃ω〃)
後半のMVPはのどぐろと雲丹のお粥‼︎
のどぐろをほぐすと脂がジュワッと出て、雲丹ご飯と混じり合い最高のハーモニーを奏でる♪♪
あと1番印象に残ったのが甘鯛とキャビアの贅沢なフィレオフィッシュ。
ホンマにマ○ドのフィレオフィッシュを高級に仕上げた味で美味い‼︎
またこのフィレオフィッシュ出す店員さんのクセが凄い笑
総じて日本料理の繊細さを維持しつつ、日本料理にとらわれない斬新なアイデアがみれて楽しかった♪♪
