日曜日の18:00にあらかじめ予約して伺いました。
コンセプトは、和の食材にフレンチの料理方法を加えた創作料理とのことです。
1人6,000円のコース料理を選びました。
正確な料理名が分からないですが、食べた順番に
①帆立、松茸の佃煮が乗ったもなか
②燻製した牛肉、ごぼうを薄くして揚げたものにカリフラワーのソースをあえたもの
③さわらにホワイトビネガーソース？をあえたもの
④鹿肉のステーキ
⑤〆のパスタ
⑥柿のケーキ
でした。
毎回細かく何が入っているかや調理方法を説明してくれましたが、お酒を飲んでいた事と料理の複雑さとであまり覚えられませんでした笑
全ての料理に共通して言えるのは、創作料理ということもあって、今まで食べたことがない味であると同時に繊細な味わいでとても美味しかったです。
季節ごとに出す料理が変わるとのことなので、春になったらまた行きたいと思いました。
