Delivered directly from the farm by sea fishermen in Kaiyo Town, Tokushima Prefecture! The sea around Kaiyo Town is filled with fatty fish that are rich in flavor due to the influence of the Kuroshio Current that hits Cape Muroto in Shikoku. Among them, the red fish (nodoguro) is truly the fatty tuna of the white fish world! With stable procurement, you can enjoy it throughout the seasons. We also offer grilled sashimi with fat spread, salt-grilled guinea fish, umami-rich sushi, red soup stock made with oysters, and simmered sashimi upon request. Please give it a try.

We use wild fish from all over the world purchased that day to make sashimi or charcoal grill. The Nodoguro, which we buy all year round, is especially delicious! Also recommended are the charcoal-grilled ``marushin'', a rare part of Yamagata beef, and the tempura, which is fried extra-large shrimp and seasonal vegetables in rice oil until crispy.
