花金の帰り道、大阪天満宮門前から
大川まで続く道沿いに
新しく焼鳥屋さんが出来ていたので
焼鳥好きの相方に誘われ入りました。
店内はカウンター席、掘り炬燵席、
テーブル席と結構広くグループ利用も出来そう
2人なので焼場前のカウンターに着席します。
とりあえず生ビールで乾杯〜
まずは本日のお薦めメニューから
・肝作り 中心がすこしルイベ状態。
・帆立貝炙り焼き 殻ごと醤油焼きされた帆立。旨ぁ〜い!!
焼き物は
・ささみ・心残り・ネギ間・うずら玉子・皮・背肝
どれもこれも中々の美味しさ
特に心残り(心臓と肝ををつなぐ管)が旨かった
揚げ物は
・鶏の唐揚げ 一口サイズに揚げられているので
食べやすく美味しい唐揚げ。
とても気さくなマスターとの会話も楽しく
居心地の良いお店でした。
今夜は後2軒廻る予定なのでそろそろ帰ります。
また飲み仲間を誘ってゆっくり食べに来ましょう〜
