鉄板焼のお肉ランチをいただきました。ゆったりした店内、お席、フランクな雰囲気。シェフの自然体のおしゃべりも楽しい。お肉はもちろん美味。ミディアムに焼いたハラミはすごくジューシーで、噛むと旨味がジュワ～っと広がります。ふっくら焼き上げられたハンバーグはほろりと柔らかく、たっぷりのデミグラスソースも美味。付け合わせの玉葱は淡路島産だそうで、皮付きのまま6時間じっくり火を通してから半分の塊で鉄板で焦げ目をつけて供されます。サラダのドレッシングも同じ玉葱のもので、甘くてミルキー。玉葱効果なのか、食後感は全くもたれなしでした。
