Primitive grilling on an open hearth, full of liveliness and realism! Juicy large sardines with a fragrant flavor, oversized shrimp that are sure to please, seasonal fish, and chewy raw wheat gluten are all cooked to perfection on the open kitchen hearth. The aroma of the domestically produced binchotan charcoal fireside grill enhances the flavor of the ingredients, stimulating the appetite. In addition, at the hearth seats, which are only available at the Tenma store, the stew of the day is cooked and served right in front of the customers. These seats are full of a live feeling!

Among the irori primal grilled dishes, the "Oba Iwashi" is larger than the usual one and has a plump texture. We also have a variety of dishes, including skewers of Kansai region ingredients wrapped in pork, robatayaki of seafood and meat grilled over Tosa Binchotan charcoal, dishes that go well with alcohol, and even a final menu.
