[3 minutes from Awaza Station] We are proud of our seasonal courses made with ingredients from Saga Prefecture. Enjoy Italian cuisine in a sunken kotatsu table.
Sagano is known for its chef's "recommended course" that incorporates seasonal ingredients. We offer excellent Italian cuisine that uses plenty of fresh seafood and vegetables delivered directly from |
I came here for lunch pretending to be a regular at Awaza, thinking that this place had become Italian Cuisine restaurant before I knew it. (It seems that it opened three years ago! lol) The table was set with blue cut glass glasses. I couldn't help but get excited, thinking, "Wow, that's so lovely!" Today's pasta was Oyster and chrysanthemum in tomato sauce. It seemed that there was mandarin orange in the sauce, and I was fascinated by it, so I ordered it. First, the soup. The bowl was great! I tried to say to myself, "This is a ___ ware bowl," but I kept that in mind as I ate the Chinese cabbage potage. It's been a long time since I've had such a stylish soup. I took a sip and exclaimed, "Ahh~" I couldn't help but let out a cry as I lowered my body into the hot spring. It's soothing~ The salad dressing had a gentle apple flavor, which was good Two dishes were hidden in the salad, which was good (one that looked like chicken ham and one that looked like potato salad) The bottom of the hot focaccia was crispy, which was good The tomato in the pasta and the sourness of the mandarin orange did not clash, which was good I wonder how the dessert was? I also ordered dessert. Both the ice cream and the white chocolate were smooth and melted in my mouth. I was fascinated by the tableware and the food. It was a feast for the eyes and the mouth. What kind of food do they serve in the evening? I decided to come at night! Lunch for 1200 yen is a good deal.
