靱公園に程近い閑静なエリアに位置するイタリアンの名店にお邪魔します。
平日12:30着で満席の賑わい。予約して伺ってよかった。
スタッフの明るく丁寧な接客も相まって、あたたかみのある心地よい雰囲気が仕上がっています。
シェフの調理を臨むカウンター席にてスタンダードランチ(税込2,500円)をいただきました。
⭐︎スペシャリテ・本日の前菜12種盛り……見た目は壮観、体が喜ぶ優しい味付け。にんじんのふわふわスフレ仕立て・ゴボウの赤ワイン煮込み・かぼちゃのバニラビーンズ蒸しなどなど野菜の調理法のバリエーションが凄い！この一皿だけでもわざわざ食べる価値あり。
⭐︎自家製フォカッチャ…きめ細かで軽さのあるこれまた優しい味わい。オイルとの相性も◎。
⭐︎しらすと桜エビのジェノベーゼ(パスタはスパゲッティ)...…たっぷりの具材からほのかに感じる磯の香り。ジェノベーゼですが、ジェノベーゼ風味は控えめで素材本位の仕上がり。何のパスタ作っても美味しいんだろうなぁと圧倒的な実力を感じる…。
