We offer two courses that allow you to enjoy the flavors of the season. The menu changes daily, centering on sashimi and sea bream rice, which allows you to taste five kinds of fresh fish. The sea bream rice is made with natural sea bream from Akashi. The rice is Koshihikari rice carefully selected by the rice shop. The rice broth is made with kelp and salt, giving it a simple yet rich flavor. Usually, sea bream rice is brown rice, but our sea bream rice is characterized by its white color. The refined taste, made with kelp broth, allows you to feel the deliciousness of the sea bream.
