本町駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にあるフレンチ料理店 ル・コントワール・デュ・グー。
カウンター席の小ぢんまりとした人気フレンチ料理店で、2021年フレンチwest百名店に選出されています。
ディナーはコースのみの提供となっており、通常のフルコースだけでなくショートコースも用意されていて、あまり量を食べない方にもぴったりですね。
今回は人気メニューのショートコースを注文。ショートとは言ってもアミューズから、オードブル、フォアグラと大根のソース、仔牛タンの煮込みに、デザートと十分なボリュームのコースとなっており、フォアグラの柔らかい食感と脂の旨味に、大根の優しくまろやかな甘みが加わった一皿は、ありそうで無かった組み合わせで絶品でした！
もちろんメイン料理の仔牛タンもホロホロ崩れるほど柔らかくて、バケットパンやドリンクとの相性も抜群だったので、少人数で入れるフレンチ料理店を探している時に、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
