2022/03/11 早いもので東日本大震災から
早や11年です。 3.11がお誕生日の知人と
ひっそりお祝い飲みに行ってきました。
この日は入って右手のテーブル席、恐らく
喫煙可（灰皿があったので）、タオルおし
ぼり有りです。
先ずは生ビールで乾杯です。お通しは気の
利いた小鉢３品。お魚は造り盛り合わせが
無くて、この日は「天然ブリのたたき」が
お勧めとのこと、これが出色の出来映え
でした。 (^_^)v あとは新じゃがとベー
コンのポテサラ、鶏天、春キャベツの肉味
噌炒め、〆は蟹雑炊を頂きました。
飲み物は越後で候（八海山・純米大吟醸）
浦霞、佐藤・黒（芋焼酎）などを頂きま
した。
