★Top Level Buddha Jumping Course 16,500 yen Buddha Jumping is actually pronounced as "Footiaochan", but my knowledge is "Oishinbo". Mr. Yamaoka's ultimate menu was an outrageous soup that I couldn't even imagine the taste of even after reading the manga. The one I received this time is called the top-class Buddha Jumping, and it was made by putting the following ingredients in a ceramic pot, covering it with a lotus leaf, and steaming it with just water without adding a pinch of salt, then reconstituted the dried ingredients. It took about a week to create. ■Materials----------- Dried abalone, dried sea cucumber, dried scallops, dried shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, mullet chicken, cordyceps sinensis, linden mushrooms, Korean ginseng, lotus seeds, goji berries, jujubes, jinka Ham ------------------ The soup is so fragrant and flavorful that it's hard to believe it's without seasoning, and it has a "Fortiao Chan taste" that can't be described as "similar to ◯◯". It was one dish. The origin of the name of the dish is said to be ``so delicious that even monks jump over the temple walls''. This soup uses a lot of dry goods and high-quality ingredients, but this is the first time I've ever eaten cordyceps sinensis... In any case, I completed one of my ``dishes I want to try at least once in my life'' list. If you are interested, please read the story "Reasons for not eating" in volume 9 of Oishinbo.
