This restaurant opened on March 3, 2016 as an independent establishment from the famous restaurant Menya Taku in Kita-Horie, Osaka. The soup is made with only chicken, pork, and water. This ramen is m
...ade with natural ingredients, the bounty of the earth, and is made with added Japanese-style dashi. This is a chicken broth tsukemen with umami concentrated to the maximum. This is an addictive seafood and pork Mazesoba (Soupless noodles). The sauce uses the world's first soy sauce, "Toricho"! The ramen noodles are custom-made from a noodle factory in Osaka, and the tsukemen noodles are shipped by land daily from a famous noodle factory in Tokyo. Be sure to check out the rice dishes, such as the seared pork rice bowl and the green onion, pork, and ginger rice bowl, as well as the limited-edition noodles and rice.
