この近辺は、日曜日が休みの日も多いのですが、11時半前に行ける店を保存済みのお店からリサーチし、こちらを訪問することにしました。混ぜ麺に魅かれていて保存していたはずなのですが、小雨の降る肌寒い日だったので、予定を変更して、1番人気と表示のあった鳥×魚×豚ラーメンの味玉トッピングにしました。
まず、見た目が良いですね！麺は博多ラーメンの様な細麺です。まず、魚粉のかかったネギと一緒にいただきます。美味いです！次にチャーシューと一緒にいただきます。これも美味いです！チャーシューの食感は、メチャ好みです。
スープはコッテリと豚骨が強そうな雰囲気が強そうなのですが、そんなことはないんですよね。和の出汁感がしっかり出てるんです。凄く良いです。途中に一味で味変するのも良いです。
あっさりと完食です。スープもほぼ飲んじゃいました。お水も美味しいのですが、説明書きを見ると水にもこだわっているんですね。本町と心斎橋の間の微妙な位置ですが、店も清潔な雰囲気で、大変良いですね。次は本命の混ぜ麺をいただきます。ごちそうさまでした。ありがとうございます♪
