こちらの牛さんたち・・・ニュージーランドの「草」をいっぱい食べた・・
赤身の牛さん・・・
グラスフェッド（草喰い）でも和牛を育てるとそれなりに霜降りになるそうです
・・・国内で育てると大変高価なお肉になるそうです・・・

本日は「リブロース ステーキ １００ｇ」 ￥１５００をオーダー
待つこと７～８分・・・着皿・・・
サラダ、ごはん、カップスープ、ステーキ
ステーキは１００ｇと小さいながら・・・ええ感じの火加減で
外は焼き目がしっかり、内はミディアムレア・・・
ガブリ！っといくと、しっかりした歯ごたえ・・・赤身ですね・・・
っと、やや香りが・・・独特で・・・食べ慣れないと、ちょっとっという
方がいらっしゃるかもな感じ
