We mainly purchase pesticide-free vegetables from farmers in Hokkaido, Chiba, Nagano, Kochi, and Awaji Island, and fresh fish and meat shipped directly from Hakodate and Kochi. We provide delicious food with the belief that having our customers eat delicious ingredients is the best way to support producers, and that this will lead to customer happiness.

There are only 9 counter seats available. Based on the concept of "local production for local consumption," we want to be a place that delivers wonderful Japanese culture, Japanese ingredients, and the thoughts of producers to as many people as possible. I met and talked directly with many producers. We value the desire to deliver that feeling in a life-sized way through our food and service.
