地下鉄本町駅１番出口から北東へ徒歩３、４分くらいのところにあります。
お店に入ると１Ｆは、４人掛けテーブル席７つ、２Ｆにも席があります。
生ビールで乾杯です。
おとおしは、じゃこ天です。
では、四国の郷土料理食べていきましょう。
ひとつ目は、高知県から藁焼き鰹のタタキ（小）です。
天日塩ｏｒタレを選べるので、天日塩でお願いしました。
薬味は、玉ねぎ、ネギ、ニンニク、山葵、茗荷です。
鰹の味わいと藁焼きの香ばしさがあって、日本酒がほしくなります。
なので、酔鯨 特別純米を一緒にいただきました。
次にいただいたのが徳島県からフイッシュカツです。
お好みでマヨネーズをつけていただきます。
サクっとした食感に魚肉の味わいとピリ辛があります。これに合わせたお酒は、ジョッキハイボールです。
最後は、愛媛県から焼豚玉子飯です。
ごはんの上に焼豚と黒胡椒がかかった半熟目玉焼、甘辛タレがかかっています。
焼豚の肉味に半熟目玉焼のまろやかに甘辛タレ、黒胡椒がアクセントになって、ごはんがすすみますね。
次回は、香川県の骨付鶏もいただいて四国全県の料理をいただきたいと思います。
