本町・北浜界隈でランチした後は、次回の訪問候補店のネタを拾う為に、
必ずブラブラするのが、ちょっとしたアタシのルーティーンだ (ᵔᴥᵔ)
この日もそれに習い歩いていると、四国郷土料理の白提灯と四国四県の
県名入りの暖簾を掲げている店に遭遇したのだ。
何となく資本系が入っているニオイもするが、ちょっと面白いかもネと..
看板には「ジャン麺」と言う、高知B級グルメで今人気らしい事が紹介されていた。
では、次回はソレを頂こうと思い、その場を後にした。
そして、1w後「I’ll be back」なのである..w
ランチメニューをガン見して、ジャン麺とは何ぞやかの説明を確認する。
モツ・ニラ・玉子が具材で、ピリ辛餡掛け麺らしいが、ちょっと待てョ！(ホリのキムタク風で)。
今治名物・焼豚玉子飯があるじゃんかよ〜♬
こんなトコで出会うとは..と思い、ジャン麺は後回しにする (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
速攻、その今治名物(880円)を注文するのだ。
店内はボトルキープの焼酎が置かれているので、居酒屋として流行ってんのかな？
鰹のタタキ、骨付き鶏、せんざんき(唐揚げ)など四国の名物や食材に拘ったモノを
取り扱っている様なので、目先を変える飲み会にはいいかもネ (^_^)
お待ちかねの焼豚クンは5分もかからず着丼。
半熟玉子2ヶあるビジュアルはエロチックで唆るねぇ〜♫
肝はココに隠れている焼豚なんだよネ。
分厚い脂たっぷりのバラ肉でいろよ！と願いつつ玉子を潰して捲るのだ。
うーーーん、違うんだよねぇ..
思ってるのと。
この焼豚だと貧相で、主役が主役にならないのョ(￣^￣)
案外、料理って自分の好み通りに作られる事は少ないのかもネ。
文句言うなら、自分で作れってか。
