四国名物料理居酒屋に通います宣言
四国全県の名物料理を出すという居酒屋だ。
頼んだのは、珍しく生ビールと、しらすの鉄板玉子焼き、徳島のフィッシュかつ、香川の骨付鳥ひな。
しらすの鉄板玉子焼きは食べたことのないもので美味しく食べられた。フィッシュかつはマクドナルドのフィレオフィッシュ的なものを想像していたが、中は白身魚そのものではなくて、練り物。どっちかというとハムカツに近い感じ。骨付鳥は、一鶴のものを何度か食べているのでそれと比較してしまうが、ひなにしては少し硬いかも。
と、この辺りでビールがなくなり次に何を頼もうかとメニューを見たら、黒霧島一升瓶が1,900円というのが目に入り、思い切ってそれをお願いしてしまった！これからも来るぞと宣言してしまったわけだが、まあいい。多分来るだろう。
最後、四国4県で高知だけ頼まないのも何だということで頼んだのは揚げ出し豆腐。ちょっと味濃い目の揚げ出し豆腐。
全部で5千円超えちゃったけど、一升瓶入ってるし、つまみを少し抑えればこれからは安く飲めるだろう。
