綺麗な南御堂ビルの2階にある鰻料理屋さんにお得意先の社長とやって来ました。
エレベーターで2階に上がりドアが開くと目の前がこちらの入り口でフロア全体がこのお店です。
すると店員さんが席まで案内してくれました。
その店内は和風の造りで高級感があり着物を着た女性店員さんも多く、接待らしき人や外国人グループ
までいてかなり賑わっています。
窓際は御堂筋に面しているのでこの時期の夜はライトアップで綺麗だろうなぁ。
メニューは鰻丼3種、江戸前ひつまぶし2種、名古屋流ひつまぶし1種、鰻白焼き1種、御堂弁当2種、
コース2種、あとは鯛茶漬けや会席料理もあります。
こちらの鰻は基本的には関東風をベースとしているとの事。
私は実は関西風しか食べた事がないから関西風とはどう違うのか、食べるのが楽しみです。
この日頂いたのはこちら。
◆鰻丼 桜＋う巻きセット

綺麗な焼き目で圧巻の鰻丼です。
蓋を開けた瞬間に鰻の芳しい香りがふわ〜っ♪
実は見えている鰻だけでなくご飯の中にも鰻が居て、たっぷり1匹半の鰻を楽しめるのがこの「桜」なのです。
タレは自分でかけれるのも良いですな。
多めにかけて頂きましょう。
口に入れた鰻は超ふわふわで口の中でホロホロと身がほぐれるてウマー！
白焼き→蒸す→タレ焼きと蒸す工程を挟んでるので身がふわふわになって明らかに関西の鰻と違う食感。
タレは甘い関西と違って甘味を抑えてサラッとしてます。
なのでスルスルと喉を通りますね。
江戸前の鰻丼も美味しいなぁ。
食べ進めるとご飯の中からまた鰻が出てきた。
この鰻はご飯でさらに蒸された様になるのでより一層ふわふわ。
皮目の香ばしさはご飯の上の鰻、ふわふわ感はご飯の中の鰻に軍配。
う巻きは出汁の効いた卵に鰻が包まれてます。
この鰻の香りが素晴らしくて、だし巻き卵の価値を何倍にも上げてくれる美味さ。
改めて思う。鰻の存在感は凄っ！
肝吸いも美味しくてお腹いっぱい♪
昼から至福のランチタイムを過ごせました。
清潔感あふれる和風の雰囲気で店員さんの接客も素晴らしく大満足でした。
やっぱり鰻丼は最高の日本食だな^ - ^
