Using traditional methods that have remained unchanged since ancient times, eel is steamed until plump, then drenched in sauce and grilled until fragrant, resulting in a delicious dish. The eel is selected with an emphasis on the amount of fat and minimal odor, resulting in thick meat that allows you to enjoy the original flavor and aroma of the ingredient. We offer a variety of eel dishes, including our signature dish, "Edomae Hitsumabushi," as well as "Grilled eel" and "Shirayaki eel." Please enjoy the plump and refined flavor of the eel.
