The `` Seafood Bowl'' made with 8 types of freshly caught fish is exquisite♪It's extremely fresh and the volume is perfect.◎We also have ``Bluefin Tuna Nakaochi'', which is made with a crispy rice that is not too greasy, and ``Red Meat''. We also recommend the ``Five-Type Whale Assortment'' where you can enjoy ``chirping'' and ``bacon.'' Please use vinegar miso, ginger soy sauce, and mustard soy sauce for each part.

We have a wide selection of valuable alcoholic beverages, including the limited quantity Junmaishu ``Arashimadake'' that can only be tasted at our store, and ``Baeksaiji Taru'' (limited to 1,600 bottles). ◎Arashimadake has a rounded, smooth texture, and is refreshing and easy to drink. It's a feature! Baeksaiji Barrel, made from rice in collaboration with local people, is a historic local sake that is said to have been presented to Oda Nobunaga. Although this alcoholic beverage is only sold within Shiga Prefecture, we will also be offering it at our store as a special offer. We also recommend Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) made with seasonal fruits♪
