Fresh seasonal vegetables carefully selected by our vegetable sommelier! We are particular about the meat, and we use avocado pork raised on avocados. The most popular ``Veggie Assortment'' is a masterpiece made with seasonal vegetables prepared using simple methods such as grilled, fried, steamed, boiled, and raw, and finished with 3 types of homemade sauce and carefully selected seasonings. We are proud of our Vegetable Dishes, including the contest-winning menu ``Avocado and Tomato Mille-feuille''.
