The restaurant prides itself on using mainly Hakodate ingredients purchased directly from producers. Especially popular is the potato salad made with "Northern Ruby" potatoes, which are rarely available in Hokkaido! The pink flesh of the potato has made it the No. 1 menu item for the month. We also recommend the "Number of Eels in Soy Sauce" specially made by the owner's family, Ohno Suisan, and the "Grilled Striped Hockey" imported from Hakodate seafood wholesaler Fukuda Marine Products. Hokkaido's gourmet classic "Chicken Zangi" is also popular♪

The 4,000 yen "Standard Full Course" includes 8 reasonably priced dishes, including Hakodate's herring roe pickled in soy sauce and a 3-piece sashimi platter. The 5,000 yen "Hakodate 9-course Satisfying Course" allows you to enjoy 9 dishes that are packed with the deliciousness of Hokkaido, such as Hokkaido Ramen salad and the popular grilled striped hokke.Both courses finish with Hokkaido rice fluffy noodles. Our favorite is Goryonokura, a local sake brewery that opened in Hakodate City for the first time in half a century. It uses local clean water and Hokkaido-produced rice suitable for sake brewing, ``Comet,'' for a taste that will make you want to drink it.Also, the whole koji brewing uses Hokkaido-produced sake rice ``Ginpu.'' The shochu ``Kita no Hoshi'' is also recommended. Enjoy the Hakodate-only flavors born from our desire to make alcoholic beverages from Hakodate.In addition, we also have beer and premium whiskey highballs.
