Food Freshly polished rice is cooked in a custom-made clay pot.
The custom-made rice pot is thick and boils all at once over high heat, increasing the sweetness and flavor of the rice.Each grain of rice is thoroughly heated, and the rice is cooked evenly and fluffy. If you cook freshly milled rice in-store in this clay pot, it goes without saying that it will be delicious! The rice used is Koshihikari from Maizuru City, Kyoto Prefecture. Rice grown in mountain waters that are cold even in the summer without domestic wastewater. Although the grains are small, they have a long aftertaste and are sweet and delicious even when cold! We also use our in-store rice polishing machine to mill rice for your store or home!
