Maido. This time I went after work! A very nice space on the second floor of a building. The owner uses local ingredients and rice that is polished at the shop. The seasoning is simple. So you can eat endlessly. This place also has a wide variety of shochu, so it's a good thing for oilies. I also use a plate. The owner, Yamashi, who I have known for over 10 years, is amazing! It can be used for dates and entertainment. I'll definitely go again! Thank you for the meal.
