"Inase" is located in "Hotarumachi", Osaka, the city of water. As soon as you step into the store, you'll find a counter made of a single piece of Japanese cypress. We carefully select about 15 types
...of toppings that are all natural ingredients from Setouchi, and we use Kinshu rice from Shiga Prefecture for the sushi rice that melts as soon as you put it in your mouth.
