大将と女将の人柄はこの店の一番の売りと言っても過言ではない。大将のお年も65とのことで、う越貞を味わうなら早いうちが良い。
一品一品各産地の名品を取り寄せているのでどうしても値段が高くなるのは仕方ないかもしれない。
福島なので22000くらいだと嬉しいところ。
