１０皿前後出てきますが、とにかくサカナ、魚料理しか出てきません。
それだけ自信を持っているということですし、実際扱っている魚はどれも最高級という言葉だけでは足りないくらい！普通ではあり得ない大きさの魚により”身の厚さ”と食感を堪能できます。
この体験は中々出来ない、唯一無二と言えるほど飛び抜けています。
素材は北海道、青森、石川、三重、長崎など全国区、熟成し脱水されて旨味も十分に感じられます。
『大きい魚は大味』と言われがちですが、それは魚種によるし”アタリ”を経験したことが無いヒトの意見かも？
ココに限りませんが、デカイ魚で超越した美味しさを醸し出すモノは存在します。
御主人と奥様は気さく、とは言えグイグイ来る大阪な感じではなく、程よい会話が楽しめます。
本当に魚しか出てこないのでシーンを選ぶかもしれませんが、突き抜けた存在であることは間違いありません。
