When you come to Osaka, try “Kushikatsu”! We use fresh ingredients purchased daily from the market. The oil is mainly blended with genuine lard from the Netherlands, and can be used for meat, fish, and vegetables. We are particular about the formulation of ``neriya,'' which is the key to the fluffy texture of the kushikatsu, and the breadcrumbs that give it a crispy texture are grated every day. The sauce is made from a blend of collagen-rich homemade chicken soup and original sauce.

The 120-minute all-you-can-drink course starts at 3,800 yen and includes not only our signature Fried Skewers, but also sashimi and sake appetizers. Please enjoy the dashi chazuke (dashi soup) and dessert Fried Skewers to finish the meal. You can also order "Chou Master's Premium Malts" with all-you-can-drink! We also offer luxurious courses that include prawns and grilled wagyu beef skewers.
