福島区で美味しい鯖が食べられると評判のお店【とろさば料理専門店 SABAR 大阪福島本店】さん！
場所は、JR東西線・新福島駅よりなにわ筋を南へ進むとファミリーマートが右手に見えてくるので、その通りを右に曲がるとお店があります。
白を基調とし壁も天井も鯖、鯖、鯖、遊び心とサバ愛のあふれた店内は、１階がカウンター席で２階にもカウンター席とテーブル席が有ります。
☆ とろさばの塩焼き定食 1000円（税込）
こちらは定番中の定番、とろさばの塩焼き定食です。
ごはんは同一料金で大・中・小から選べる有難いサービス。
とろさばは注文してから焼いていただけるので、10分程待ってから熱々のものをいただけます。
サバの長さは軽く20センチを超えるサイズでインパクト大！
厚さも2センチ以上の分厚い「とろさば」は、脂がこってりしていて肉厚でぷりぷり！
表面の皮はパリッとしており、その中に箸を進めるとサバならではの猛烈なほどの脂が滲み出てきます。
塩気も丁度良く、大根おろし、そしてレモンを絞っていただくことで美味しさがさらに際立ちます。
しめさばも良かったけど、白ごはんに合うのはやっぱ香ばしい香りと鯖の旨味が最高の焼き鯖ですね！
絶品と好評の「とろさばの塩焼き定食」以外にも、さば寿司定食、とろさばの味噌煮定食、とろしめさば定食、選べる丼など種類豊富にあり、炊きたての白いご飯も美味しくて、大人気が納得の鯖ランチです。
