土曜お昼のランチぶらぶら歩き中、
通りすがりに見つけて入店してみました。
こんな所に？！と思って聞いた所、2022.3.22にオープンしたばかりとの事。
店内はカウンターのみで10席くらいでしょうか。
お昼はランチコースのみで1,650円。
コース内容は、
前菜3品、お寿司10貫、茶碗蒸し、赤出汁、デザートのフルコース。
ランチタイムとは言え、品数や握りたてを一貫ずつ提供頂ける本格的なスタイルはお値打ちです◎
あわせて、まだお若いお二人の丁寧なホスピタリティが好感持てます。
お料理はリーズナブルな素材で、一つ一つに工夫をして、本格的なコースを提供しようとしてくれる意図を感じます。
肝心のお味ですが、シャリが硬めで少しお酢の加減が薄いかな…と。たまたまかもしれないし、これも何かの意図かもしれませんが、物足りなさも感じました。
気持ちを感じるお店とお料理、
せっかくなので改善して欲しいなーと。
後一つ言うと、お茶はもっとアツアツが良いです。
