We carefully select only the freshest, highest quality seafood every morning at the market. The fresh seafood we purchase is served in our Edomae style. We have spared no time and effort in pursuing "deliciousness." In particular, the pickled tuna retains its freshness while condensing its flavor. We take great care in bringing out the flavor of lean meat and creating a sense of unity when you put it in your mouth as a nigiri. The appeal of our restaurant is that it's Edomae sushi where you can feel the craftsmanship of the craftsmen in every detail, but it's also reasonably priced.
