場所は、阪神福島駅から徒歩3分程、喧噪から少し距離を置いた静かな場所にお店はあります。
木目を基調とした店内は、厨房前に取られたカウンター10席があり、シックでありながらも肩肘を張らずリラックス出来る優しい雰囲気です。

お昼はランチコースのみで、前菜3品、 8種類の握りに巻物、茶碗蒸し、赤出汁、デザートのフルコース。
目の前で握られた出来立てのお寿司を口にいれると、新鮮なネタにホロッと口の中で崩れるシャリ。
シャリは硬めで少しお酢の加減が薄いかな…？
シャリコマですので物足りなさも感じましたが、ランチタイムとは言え、その場で一貫ずつ握って提供してくれるので、少しリッチな気分を味わいたい時におすすめです。
2022年3月にオープンしたばかりで、店員さんも頑張ってよりよくしていこうという姿勢がとても感じられ、これからに期待大のお店です。
